Have you won any SOUL lately? (30sec read)

Your greatest success in this life isn’t about your career, the house(s) you build/buy, car(s) you drive, companies you establish, vacations you go, or any material things you acquire. Your greatest success is the SOUL you bring to, or win for,  God’s Kingdom.

Rescue 'copter - Psalm 89:14
Our God is a God of justice, but also a God of mercy. Through the blood of Jesus, God’s mercy is available to us now. It is up to us to decide to accept it. We don’t want to be camping out in “Sin Forest” when judgment time comes. January 1, 2007

All other things you would ever gain or achieve is reserved for fire but the SOUL you WIN for Christ lives forever. That should make you happy because it makes God happy.

…there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” (Luke 10:15, NKJV)

Have you won any SOUL lately?

I am happy writing this because it is our core mandate. If God has been good to you, share your story every day. Jesus said “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15, NKJV)

It’s easier now because we have the world in our hands; the power of Social Media. Jesus is coming and you would be held accountable for what you did with your gifts.

Have you won any SOUL lately?

Quick Reminder (2min read)

His KingdomThe good news on earth is a soul that is assured of Eternal Rest. And this rest can only be found in Jesus. No matter how much money you make, how many properties you can acquire, the rule hasn’t changed; Naked you came, Naked you would leave. So don’t be swayed by the pressure of accumulating wealth while neglecting what is important, Your Soul.

Seek Jesus, Look for Jesus, Live for Jesus, Love Jesus, and know that nothing good would be left of you if you gain the world and lose your soul. what can you give in exchange for your soul?

Time Travelers - James 5:8
We are all traveling through time. And we can be sure that somewhere on the road ahead is the return of Jesus. December 30, 2007

We have seen and/or heard about many great people who once lived and left with nothing. One is Alexander the Great. His last wishes were:

  • To have best doctors carry his coffin to show that best doctors can’t save life in the face of death
  • To cover the road with his treasures to let people know that material wealth remains on earth
  • To leave his hands outside the coffin so that people will know that he came to this world empty handed and he was leaving same.

Everybody will leave someday. what we should always remember is that there is life after death. When your time is exhausted, what account are you going to give? How have you used your talent(s)?

From the first day you opened your eyes as a baby to the last day you close them, how would your story be told in eternity?

Rescue 'copter - Psalm 89:14
Our God is a God of justice, but also a God of mercy. Through the blood of Jesus, God’s mercy is available to us now. It is up to us to decide to accept it. We don’t want to be camping out in “Sin Forest” when judgment time comes. January 1, 2007

Jesus may tarry but you can die at any time. Are you ready for eternity? Seek what is important on earth, which is a soul that is assured that he will find eternal rest. Jesus is waiting for you at the other side. Are you prepared for Him?

Say this: Jesus I offer my life to you. Be my Lord and Saviour and guide me as I journey through this world. Amen

Reach Beyond Your Limits (Part 1)

I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.] (Philippians 4:13, AMP)

eagleOne of the things we should do throughout the year is to step beyond our boundaries or limitations. We are made up of Body, Soul, and Spirit. And when God created us, He deposited in us everything we would ever need to achieve, create, or make whatever we set our mind on to do on earth.

Our Spirit interacts with God, Who through the Holy Spirit guides us on what to do, how to do, and when to do. He created us with limitless possibilities so that we can design and bring into reality whatever we can imagine.  That is God created us to function like Him.

However, the Body interacts with the outside world which has been polluted (with lies and deceptions) by Satan and his demons. The enemy tries to use our physical situation(s) to create a blockade to prevent us from achieving what we desire in life. It’s like keeping a cat or dog in a box and making it believe that it can’t jump out.

Some of us, unfortunately, have allowed the enemy to keep them in a box for so long; He has created a boundary and programmed them to believe that they couldn’t step beyond the boundaries. He uses fear, among other things, to keep them from reaching their full potentials.

Merriam Webster dictionary defines limitation as “Something (such as a lack of ability or strength) that controls what a person is able to do”.

What is your boundary?

What limits have you set for yourself, or what have you made yourself believe that you can’t do?

It could be the book you want to write, or a trip you want to embark on, or some career development(s) you want do, or a new venture you want to explore, or a business idea you want to start, or a project or contract you want to tender for.

What is/are limiting you from moving forward?

As you ponder on the above question and make note/list, I will share with you (in subsequent posts) stories about people who had every reason to give up but chose to reach or move beyond the barriers that were before them. I believe their stories will stir you up, in order for you to take bold steps of faith to achieve what God has deposited in your spirit this year and beyond.
