SEE The Possibility of Revelation 13:16-17

It’s no surprise that French authorities have informed Novak Djokovic that he wouldn’t be allowed to participate in the French Open if he isn’t vaccinated. The same should be expected from the UK authorities for Wimbledon in the summer. A point to note: When you see the famous, rich, successful, etc denied entry/access for/to anything under the sun, then you have to brace yourself for the inevitable. I believe Australia wants to send the message that if they could deny a world top player for not accepting the vaccine, then you must comply or be expelled.

What we are now witnessing was beyond imagination a decade ago. That is if you were told that a time was coming where you would be required to hold some sort of a pass as proof that you have injected something in your body before you can enter a restaurant, watch games or movies, travel, etc, you wouldn’t have believed that. However, that’s is the direction of the world you live in. Those you gave the power to govern are using your power to dictate your choices/freedom.

The bigger picture shouldn’t be about some vaccines but a projection of what would happen to the world. The reason for the vaccine passport is clear; let’s come together to defeat Covid-19. Show that you are doing or have done your part to help stop the spread or minimize its impact by taking the vaccine and boosters, and show evidence that you’ve done it. This is good for societies and we embrace that. It’s no longer about an individual choice or freedom but about the collective wellbeing. If this world is possible today, then think about what the Bible says in Revelation 13 and the possibility of that world.

Also he compels all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead [signifying allegiance to the beast],  and that no one will be able to buy or sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.

(Revelation 13:16-17, AMP)

I am not saying that the vaccines are the mark of the beast. It should give you a picture of the possibility of Revelation 13:16-17.

Major news headlines like this should always remind us that only God can give us genuine Freedom through Jesus Christ. And if we continue to remain in Him, we will not only win in this world but we will be rewarded in the world to come. Take advantage of LIFE today and make the right choices because a time is coming when Satan will force the world to do his will.

Power Thought: God Never Changes

People, events, and situations change with time but God doesn’t change.

He is who He says He is, and what He says He is. From everlasting to everlasting, He is the same God.

See God as a parent or guardian with many children under one roof. These kids may have different needs but they don’t change who the parent/guardian is. He/She loves them and cares for them in different ways, according to their specific needs. That is although God remains the Same, He has many ways of meeting His children’s needs.

Today, you can trust God’s Power is as potent as it was when He created the Word. The same Power that worked through Jesus Christ, and raised Him from the dead is alive and active in your life. Even now, He is working in you to perfect His purpose for your life. Don’t compare your life with anyone because like the parent/guardian described above, you are different and He has a different way of meeting your needs.

The Beauty of Today

This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be happy today!

(Psalm 118:24, ERV)

The beauty of today is that it always comes to us and we always live in it. It is the only day we would ever have. It is tomorrow you said yesterday that you were going to do many things. Today is here. You made a to-do list for it, and you prayed that God helps you make it better than yesterday. Now, it stares at you and wonders what you are going to do with it. What is your excuse today? Today is yesterday’s tomorrow.

Today is the day that you can do stuff. You can do more today than any other day. Thinks about this; Yesterday is gone and nothing can be done except worrying about things you couldn’t do or could have done but didn’t try at all. Better still, you can dwell on yesterday’s successes and get stuck in them. Tomorrow is always in the future and nothing can be done in it except for the planning and hoping for the best, and/or worrying about things you wouldn’t have and can’t do. Today, you have two options; either you do something and build on it tomorrow or do nothing and wait for tomorrow.

God set a perfect example for us in the scripture where from Genesis to Revelation, we see the Creator always projecting what would happen in the future but always working in the Present. In Genesis 1, God worked in each day (Today) without going back to yesterday to make corrections or jumping into tomorrow to lay foundations for its activities. He focused on each day and made it beautiful.

Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.

(Matthew 6:34, MSG)

You have this perfect gift called Today. It’s beautiful so give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. Today is the only day you have, and the only day you can be active and be productive. You can work on your yesterday’s plans bearing in mind that every little step counts. Again, you have to drop the charges you have laid on yourself for your failure to act yesterday and trust that your tomorrow would be better than today because on this day, you are laying the required foundation for it(tomorrow). Are you ready to give your best today? God bless you!
