Your greatest success in this life isn’t about your career, the house(s) you build/buy, car(s) you drive, companies you establish, vacations you go, or any material things you acquire. Your greatest success is the SOUL you bring to, or win for, God’s Kingdom.

Rescue 'copter - Psalm 89:14 — Our God is a God of justice, but also a God of mercy. Through the blood of Jesus, God’s mercy is available to us now. It is up to us to decide to accept it. We don’t want to be camping out in “Sin Forest” when judgment time comes. January 1, 2007

All other things you would ever gain or achieve is reserved for fire but the SOUL you WIN for Christ lives forever. That should make you happy because it makes God happy.

“…there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” (Luke 10:15, NKJV)

Have you won any SOUL lately?

I am happy writing this because it is our core mandate. If God has been good to you, share your story every day. Jesus said “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15, NKJV)

It’s easier now because we have the world in our hands; the power of Social Media. Jesus is coming and you would be held accountable for what you did with your gifts.

Unreasonably Reasonable (1min read)

“Yes, and I am willing to look even more foolish than this, even to be humiliated in my own eyes!…” (2 Samuel 6:22, NLT)

People who have no clue of what you have been through may never understand your Praise. It’s easy to think or say “what is he/she doing? why the show off? why the talk? why the dance? Is he/she insane? or anything “silly” you could ever think of But the real deal is that until you be through what that person has been through, you will never understand his/her praise.

In this year, God has promised to take us to a new level; It’s going to be something we have never seen, heard, felt before. Whatever you have been through can’t be compared to what He has set to do. I don’t know but it will blow our minds so be ready to do something crazy for Him.

That notwithstanding, to be alive today is a miracle and God deserves your praise. To leave the house in the morning and return safely in the evening is a miracle. Some people are bed-bound so walking to the kitchen, washroom, living room, bedroom, etc is a miracle. Having worked in the social care industry, I know that dozens of people are willing to give up all they have in order to do the little things we neglect to give thanks to God for.

Today don’t consider what others say or think about your act of gratitude. If you can shout, SHOUT. If you can jump, JUMP. If you can sing, Sing. If you can give, GIVE. Whatever you can, go wild for God’s goodness. It may seem unreasonable but hey it is reasonable for your Maker.

In 2 Samuel 6, we see Michal condemning David for how he acted in public. In verse 20 she said “How distinguished the king of Israel looked today, shamelessly exposing himself to the servant girls like any vulgar person might do!”. Michal did what any ordinary person would do because she was clueless about the amazing experiences David had had with God. The take home point is what David said in verses 21 & 22 “I was dancing before the Lord, who chose me above your father and all his family! He appointed me as the leader of Israel, the people of the Lord, so I celebrate before the Lord.Yes, and I am willing to look even more foolish than this, even to be humiliated in my own eyes! But those servant girls you mentioned will indeed think I am distinguished!”

In this year, don’t apologize for God’s goodness. Maybe you have been too gentle about it because of what people might think, say, or feel. I am here to urge you on that it is reasonable regardless of how unreasonable it may look. God bless us

Power Thought: Week 17

Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God.” (Mark 10:27, NLT)

We are gradually sailing through 2018 with great power and glory. This is week 17 and through the eyes of Faith, I can clearly see that God is up-to some bigger, better, and greater.

In Mark 10:27, Jesus told His disciples that somethings are impossible with man but not with God. Therefore as we have started this week, there may be some issues or situations that look impossible in the natural, probably because of experts’ reports etc But we can be assured that God has got our back. He will show us the Way. The Miracle will happen. The Healing is a settled fact. Everything is possible with God.
