Chinese Cities top the world when it comes to CCTV Cameras. A city called Chongqing has about 2,579,890 CCTV Cameras. At first I thought London was world’s leader till I learnt about Chinese Cities.
London is ranked 6th in the world but #1 when it comes to non Chinese cities. According to cctv.co.uk, there are about 627,707 CCTV Cameras in London. This represents 68.40 cameras per 1000 people.
Atlanta is ranked 10th in the world and 2nd when it comes to non chinese cities with 15.56 cameras per 1000 people.
Why do cities invest so much in CCTV surveillance?
It’s obvious that your guess is as good as mine; for safety and security reasons. Yet we know that in spite of these cameras, people don’t feel safe because it can take over 5 minutes for Police or Ambulance to arrive at a scene.

God knows that you need protection from both physical and spiritual attacks so He assigned angels to keep watch over you. In effect, whereas you city’s CCTV camera may miss you, His angels never do. This was evident in Job’s case when Satan said “Have You not placed a hedge on every side around him and his household and all that he owns?” (Job 1:10).
God doesn’t breach His security protocol to safeguard His integrity. Therefore you can trust Him in every situation.
What To Do In Order To Enjoy Maximum Protection:
- Learn to Listen to His Voice:
It requires some level of discipline to hear His voice or prompts. You have to create the space for Him to engage with you. Think of it this way; just as you will seek silent place to make your important calls so must you create descent environment for Him to talk to you. - Pay attention to His Instructions:
God works with specifics. He is very detailed. When you listen Him, pay close attention to details of the message and follow closely. If He says “don’t move”, it means don’t move. - Forget about Human Logic:
Often what God tells you to do will not make sense per human reasoning. That’s why you don’t have to come to Him with your qualification(s). Come to Him as a child ready to do whatever His Father tells him/her without questioning reasons behind.
…the one who watches over you will not slumber.

In the coming days, you will hear terrible stuffs happening around the world but know that, as a child of God, you are on His radar. Don’t be Afraid because He will order your steps on right paths. No evil will befall you and you will end your days with Praise, giving Thanks to His Holy Name through Christ Jesus.
