This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed. (Habakkuk 2:3 NLT)
Susan Boyle couldn’t win Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 but what she did surprise the world. She was 47 years and unemployed when she went to audition for Britain’s Got Talent. According to her, she had a dream of becoming a professional singer but she hadn’t had the opportunity to make that dream come to pass. So at 47, she finally decided to move beyond her limitations. In short, her dream came to pass and the world applauded for her outstanding performance.
The scripture says that “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” (Habakkuk 2:3 KJV). Everybody has dreams and aspirations but God has set time for everything we need. We want to do this or that but God’s timing is different from ours. In other words, things may not always happen the way we want them to be. The vision you have is for appointed time. Someone once asked me that “why did Jesus wait for thirty years before he began His ministry? Don’t you think Jesus could have done more if He had started before thirty?”
I told that person there is a set time for everything under the sun. And all we have got to do is to wait patiently and keep on trusting God for what He has promised to do. It pays to wait patiently than to give up.
“those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.” (Isaiah 40:31 AMP)
Friend don’t give up on your dreams. When you are tempted to give up, look up to God for strength. Keep on moving forward and trust that God will work things out for your good. When the time is up, nothing can stop you. Susan didn’t give up. And her dream came to pass at 47. Be encouraged that God has set time for your vision: though it tarry, wait for it because it will surely come, it will not delay.
God bless You

Yes Susan does have a beautiful singing voice but to hear her take God’s Name in vain upset me very much , when we speak God’s name it is to be with respect and awe.
Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it and right is right even if everyone rejects it.
