So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith. (Galatians 6:9, 10 NLT)
There is a reward for every good thing you do. When you put smile on your neighbour’s face, God rewards you. When you say No to sin, God rewards you. When you overcome temptation, God rewards you. When you overcome addiction, God rewards you. When you support the needy, God rewards you. When you do what is right in your society, God rewards you.
You have account in Heaven that God credits with every good thing you do. The returns on this investment could come in many forms: It could be long life, new ideas, new opportunities, healthy living, uncommon favour, better job, better spouse, and the best of all is internal life.
I can testify that I have been blessed beyond measure since I understood this principle. The Lord has been good to me and I believe that it is part of the returns on my investment in heaven. I don’t lack in life as God always send me help from His sanctuary. I am still striving to credit my account each blessed day by doing good with help of the Holy Spirit.
Be encouraged to continue doing good (as small as you can each day) in your little corner for God is watching, and He is rewarding you for every little thing you do to help your neighbour and yourself.
God bless you

A very good message with much Truth Uplifting Christ, it is very True we cannot earn our Salvation but we will show we have it. Some fear needlessly that Jesus will say to them go away when they say Lord , Lord, but it was because those He said it too had no Love or compassion for others, as we see in the Scriptures below, this showed they were not a Redeemed Child of God when we are, we will show we are and not by force but willingly.
Matthew 25: 41-45 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
1 John 3:16-18 Hereby perceive we the Love of God, because He laid down His life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the Love of God in him? My little children, let us not Love in word, neither in tongue; but in Deed and in Truth.(KJV)
Matthew 6:19 -21 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal But lay up for yourselves Treasures in Heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal For where your Treasure is, there will your heart be also.
