There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. (Joshua 1:5 KJV)
I want to talk about Haman and Mordecai today. Haman was a man of honour. he had practically everything yet he sought the death of Mordecai who sat at the king’s gate. He looked for way to destroy not only Mordecai, but the Jews throughout the whole kingdom of Xerves because Mordecai would not kneel down or pay him honour. Haman did all he could but Mordecai was honoured in the end. It was unfortunate that Haman got to know the truth at the last hour. His wise advisers and his wife said,
“Since Mordecai—this man who has humiliated you—is of Jewish birth, you will never succeed in your plans against him. It will be fatal to continue opposing him.” (Esther 6:13 NLT).
He was hanged on the gallows he had prepared for Mordecai. He failed because God was with His people.
They will fight you, but they will fail.
For I am with you, and I will take care of you.
I, the LORD, have spoken!” (Jeremiah 1:19 NLT)
The scripture says
“Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.” (Hebrews 10:23 NLT).
God can be trusted to keep his promise. Be encouraged today that they will fight you, but they will fail. They will plan, but their plans will fail. And it will be fatal for them to continue opposing you. God is with you, and He will take care of you.
God bless you!
