BRIGHTEN YOUR CORNER

No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father. (Matthew 5:15, 16 NLT)

We are lights of the world therefore we must shine. we must shine in the office, church, neighbourhood, school, everywhere we go. No one lights a lamp and put it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand. In other words, we cannot be His followers and live otherwise. Our deeds must shine out for all to see. People should be able to tell who we are by our words and deeds.

Let others see Jesus in you.

When you find yourself in any situation, ask yourself What would Jesus do if He were in that situation? When you do what Jesus would have done, your light will shine. You have the power to cast out demons, heal the sick, raise the dead, support the needy, and spread the Good News.

I trust you are going let others see Jesus in you in these last days as wait for His second coming. Brighten your corner because God has placed you there for a purpose.
