The best part of my day is the morning when I have tea with Jesus. When I wake up in the morning, I quickly attend to my personal care needs in order to have at least 45 minutes with The Lord. I call it Tea Time with Jesus. The Lord is good.
Don’t be in a hurry to leave your house to school, office, or visit without a Word with The Lord. He knows what is ahead of you. The dark places of the world are full of habitation of cruelty. Remember your covenant promises, for the land is full of darkness and violence! (Psalm 74:20 NLT). Listen to The Lord before you start your day because there is a lot out there that you do not know.
I enjoy my first cup of tea each day because my special Guest at the tea table is Jesus. Thank you Lord that You always come to my table when I invite you. It’s an honour to have you around each day. I am grateful. A minute with The Lord is more important to me than anything in the World.
