Wonderful De preacher, thank you for sharing this poem, the Higher ground is found in Christ Jesus fully conformed into His image, perfected in Love, it is what Paul asked us to aim for forgetting our childish understanding and behaviour.
1 John 4:17-19 Herein is our Love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in Love; but perfect Love casteth out fear because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in Love. We Love Him, because He first Loved us.
1 Peter 2:8-10 But ye are a chosen Generation, a Royal Priesthood, an Holy Nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvellous light; Which in time past were not a people, but are now the People of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
