Power Thought: Week 20 (30sec read)

I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.] (Philippians 4:13, AMP)

This is Week 20, and a quick reminder that 2018 is heading halfway. Don’t be under pressure if you feel you haven’t done enough or haven’t started anything yet. Be encouraged that the blessing is in what is left, and not what is wasted and/or gone. Your blessing is in the remaining 32 Weeks

This is what can be done: You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength so Nothing is too late. Get up and begin taking steps….any little steps or efforts count. Just do what you can and divinity will do the rest.

BUT

Be sure to connect to right source of ENERGY. Energy moves the physical world and this can also be said of the Spiritual world.

lordismystrength_nivIn the Spiritual, reliable Source of Energy is Jesus, who through the Holy Spirit strengthens and empowers anyone who trust Him with his/her endeavors.

  • If you are going to be able to S-T-R-E-T-C-H and Keep S-T-R-E-T-C-H-I-N-G, you need ENERGY to keep you going.
  • If you want to step out of your comfort zone, you need ENERGY to sustain you.

AND

When Jesus is your Source of Energy, you can do more in less time.

In this week, be mindful that Jesus is your reliable Source of Energy. Once connected to Him, He will equip you to do all things. And all things means ALL THINGS.

I pray you have a supercharged week with uncommon ENERGY, uncommon favors, and uncommon blessings

Praise The Lord (15sec read)

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Praise the Lord. (Psalm 150:6, NIV)

The book of Psalm contains 150 Chapters, consisting of over 2400 Verses. Isn’t it wonderful that after the thousands of Verses, the book ends with Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.

Can you breath today?

If YES, then PRAISE THE LORD.

Many people would have loved to SEE today; some rich, some famous, some poet, some great speakers, some presidents, some poor, some award winners, some game changers, some prime ministers, some professors, etc.

Some lovely people are on Life support breathing machines paying huge sums of money.

What is your story? How bad do you think your situation is? How unfair have you been treated? Inasmuch as I would share with you on that, I strongly believe that if you can breath, you can change the course of your life.

God's templeThis is how you approach God every day: Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name (Psalm 100:4, NIV). Approach God with a mind, a heart, and hands full of thanksgiving and praise.

Take your Praise to a higher level from today. Keep S-T-R-E-T-C-H-I-N-G in your attitude of gratitude. God bless you

Power Thought: Week 19 (15sec read)

…For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak!” (Matthew 26:41, NLT)

Have you ever felt the edge to do something (an activity) but finally gave up when the time was due? or you started but couldn’t finish the process? hush! that’s no good…everyone knows that and I feel terrible when it happens to me.

It happens sometimes for variety of reasons like:

  • Misplaced Priorities
  • Lack of Motivation
  • Indiscipline
  • Lack of Persistence
  • Procrastination
  • Laziness
  • Unnecessary Excuses
  • Etc

This is Week 19. Not to scare you but 2018 will run out soon AND you aren’t going to get another 2018 in your lifetime. Each day has 1440 minutes and if you are going to allow things such as listed above to keep you from doing the main thing, you will waste these precious minutes living someone’s dream, making other people happy, or pampering you body.

Your Spirit wants to work through your 2018’s resolution but the body doesn’t want to be STRETCHED. It’s time to keep your body on check and remember what Jesus said that “We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent us. The night is coming, and then no one can work.” (John 9:4, NLT).

This Week has 10,080 minutes. It may seem plenty of time but it flies really Quick. Therefore every little activity toward the main Goal counts. Please let’s get to work.

Tomorrow comes Quick is another resource I recommend you read.

Have a fruitful week.
