It’s not a crime to take some time to take a closer look at yourself; your gifts, potentials, achievements, appearance, relationships, etc. Take the lead before people give you their versions of You.
Note: You cannot always see the good in others and ignore yourself.
Don’t spend your time and energy thinking about what other people may or may not be thinking about you to the point that you forget to Focus on you. If they think negative about you, it’s their own business. If they talk about you, it’s their own cup. Let them bear it.
Instead, think about You and how you can become a better You. Spend time to devise ways in which you could align your life with God’s precepts. And always remember that There can only be one You.
Children walk into their parents’ bedrooms, offices, etc boldly without a second thought when they are in need. We saw parents in such situations during the lockdown period and how kids did not care whether their parents were on Zoom meetings.
As a child of God, your Heavenly Father expects you to walk in boldly to His throne of Grace to make your case any day and at any time. He pays attention to your request(s) when you are around.

So whenever we are in need, we should come bravely before the throne of our merciful God. There we will be treated with undeserved kindness, and we will find help.

God has not placed any restriction on your access so do not inhibit yourself.
