Garbage in, Garbage out (GIGO)

Garbage in, Garbage out.

What words are you telling yourself?

What is your silent voice telling you?

Are you telling yourself “I am not genius”, “I am not talented”, “I am not handsome”, “I am poor”, “My friends are better than me”, “I am not beautiful”, “This is too much for me, I can’t do…”etc.?

Whatever you tell yourself will come back to you because your words are the seeds you sow into your life. “You will always harvest what you plant” Galatians 6:7 NLT. When you tell yourself by Faith that; “I am blessed, I am rich, I am talented, I can do all things through Christ, I can pass the exam, I will make profit, I can stop that addiction, I have got a wonderful future, etc.”, you would be planting good seeds into your life.

Every morning, before you start your day, tell yourself how you want your day to be. Most often when I get up in the morning, I plant these words into my life for the day “I am so happy to see today. It would be the best day ever in my life. God has given me another opportunity to do those things I couldn’t do the day before. I am stepping out to do my best. I have got the strength of God in me. Greater is He that is in me. And I know the Lord has protected my going out and my coming in. My family is protected. I will have my daily bread today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen” I am not surprise at people reactions when they see me. They wonder why I am always happy. Friends, our words are powerful. And we would reap what sow into our lives.

The next thing you should check out for are words people communicate to your spirit. Never accept words that do not conform to who you are in Christ. It doesn’t matter whether that person is your Dum, Dad, Teacher, Pastor, etc. God knew you before you came to the womb. He knows you better than any other person. So if someone tells you that you are ugly. Just look at the person in the eye and tell him or her that God created you in His image, and everything about Him is perfect. If someone tells you that “you can’t do it”. Tell that person you can do all things through Christ who is your strength. Don’t wait for those words to settle in your spirit. From the scriptures, “Jesus began to explain to his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life. 22 Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. “Never, Lord!” he said. “This shall never happen to you!” 23 Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”  Matthew 16.  I believe there was nothing wrong with what Peter said but Jesus knew those words were not meant for Him at that moment. And He did not wait for those words to gain root in Him. He spoke out. Be careful with the kind of words people tell you.

Let us sow good seeds into our lives for a better future.

Where will You spend ETERNITY

Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and He will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for Him. Hebrews 9:27-28

The question today is ARE YOU WAITING FOR HIM? Keep watching because you do not know the day or the hour.

Life without Christ is like a shattered dream. So often we talk about how Peter denied Jesus. Hey! We do worse sometimes. We profess with out mouths that we love Him yet we go against what He wants from us. We do worse; Stealing, bribery, lying, backbiting, gossiping, sexual immorality, abortion, robbery, cheating, gambling, corruption, hatred, homosexuality, lesbianism, etc. It is very common to see a Christian cheating an unbeliever, a person he is supposed to win for Christ.  And he would use the same money to pay for his tithe. Remember, the Lord patience means salvation. He doesn’t want any of us to perish. WHAT SHALL IT PROFIT YOU IF YOU GAIN THE WORLD AND LOSE YOUR SOUL? What can you give in exchange for your soul? We are told by our Lord Jesus to let our LIGHTS shine before men, so that they may give glory to the Father.
Beloved, there is life after death. We are on transit and very soon, the trumpet will sound for our departure to the beautiful city. Jesus is coming to take us home. In John 14:2, He said “in my Father’s house are many rooms…I am going there to prepare a place for you”. The body you see today will pass away very soon but your soul will remain. In my note “ONE THING”, I stated that we can only choose one thing at a time. Yeah! You can either choose Heaven or Hell. Heaven is real, so is Hell.

When you sow good seeds, you would reap good fruits. However, when your seeds are bad, your fruits would be bad. A word to the wise is enough.

Be sure to make the right decision now? Do you know today can be your last day on earth? So don’t waste time. Seek the Lord while he may be found. There would come a day that you may wish to live all for Jesus but it would be too late. Jesus may tarry but you can die at any time. The Word of God says that it is appointed for man to die once, after death, Judgement. Choose you this day how you are going to live your life. Would it be good, which would take you to heaven, or bad which would lead you to hell? The scripture tells us Narrow is the way that leads to Heaven, and few people are on the way. I pray you be among the few people that are making it on that way.  Your life is a gift of trust. You are going to be held accountable on the last day. Heaven is real, so is hell.

WHERE WILL YOU SPEND ETERNITY?

I will close with this song by Elisha A. Hoffman & John H. Tenney

Where will you spend eternity?
This question comes to you and me!
Tell me, what shall your answer be?
Where will you spend eternity?
Eternity! eternity!
Where will you spend eternity?

Many are choosing Christ today,
Turning from all their sins away;
Heav’n shall their happy portion be;
Where will you spend eternity?
Eternity! eternity!
Where will you spend eternity?

Leaving the straight and narrow way,
Going the downward road today,
Sad will their final ending be,
Lost thro’ a long eternity!
Eternity! eternity!
Lost thro’ a long eternity!

Repent, believe, this very hour,
Trust in the Savior’s grace and power,
Then will your joyous answer be,
Saved thro’ a long eternity!
Eternity! eternity!
Saved thro’ a long eternity!
