Last night I sat down for about 2 hours thinking about events that has happened between 27/05/2013 – 26/05/2014. I couldn’t keep quiet but to sing songs of praise to the Most High for His gift of life. Many would have loved to see their birthday but they couldn’t make it to 2014. It’s good to be among the living, and I am more than happy to see today. It is the doing of the Lord. Hallelujah!
The theme for this year, as God revealed to me last night, is to focus on the new things He is about to do in my life. He told me that a lot has been done in the past years. He picked me up from nowhere, from the gutters and He is taken me to a High place of Honour. “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9, NLT). I was nobody (Gideon is a perfect example) but looking at what the Lord has done in my life…it so amazing. So last night as I was thinking about His goodness and mercies, I heard His voice. I heard Him say “Son the future is bright. My hedge of protection still surrounds you. Nations will call you blessed, and nothing you have seen can be compared to what I have started in your life. Just focus on the New”. I believe in His Word and I trust that the Best is yet to come. Hallelujah!
